4.1. Coordinate, direct, and review the work of the vendors, consultants, and specialist contractors;

4.2. Create construction drawings including but not limited to: plans, elevations, sections, and details as necessary to provide a clear description of the construction required including how architectural drawings are combined with structural drawings (e.g. electrical and mechanical drawings and HVAC drawings) to have enough detail to build the project;

4.3. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and specialist contractors to further refine the cost estimations and construction programme of the proposed work and undergo a value engineering review (if necessary).
