PHASE 1: PROGRAMMING
1.1. Establish a preliminary program to outline the project goals by documenting the Client’s needs, desires, budget, and time scale for the project;
1.2. Review the preliminary program in conjunction with site information, architectural plans, and/or other documents that pertain to the Project Site;
1.3. Review all relevant planning, zoning, Buildings Department, Town Planning Board, building management office, landlord, and other agency requirements which have bearing on the project;
1.4. Assist the Client in obtaining and reviewing proposed and potential building size, unit allocations, and associated zoning and planning department issues to help the Client determine and/or confirm maximum and reasonable potential development parameters for the project;
1.5. Conduct a field survey of the Project Site and any existing facilities, equipment, furnishings, etc. which may be suitable for re-use.
